Shipping policy

At Jess Creative Studio, we take great care in handcrafting and preparing your orders. Because our products are made-to-order, please note the following processing and delivery timelines.

1. Studio Processing Times

All items are individually printed or handcrafted upon your order.

  • Mugs, Totes & Apparel: Please allow 1–2 business days for your items to be printed and prepared for dispatch.
  • Original Paintings: Please allow 1–2 business days for professional packing and final quality checks to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

2. Local Pickup (Payneham, SA) — FREE

Skip the shipping costs and pick up your order directly from our studio.

  • Availability: Usually ready in 24 hours.
  • Location: 3/19 Lewis Road, Payneham, SA 5070.
  • Pickup Hours:
    • Mon - Fri: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
    • Sat - Sun: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Instructions: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving. Bring your confirmation email to our Payneham studio.

3. Adelaide Metro Delivery — $5.00 Flat Rate

We offer a local delivery service for our neighbors in the Adelaide metropolitan area.

  • Area: Valid for all postcodes starting with 50* (including CBD, Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs).
  • Rate: Flat rate of $5.00 AUD with no minimum order required.
  • Timeframe: Delivered within 1–5 business days after your items are printed and ready.

4. Shipping Within Australia (Outside Adelaide Metro)

We ship nationwide via reliable carriers (such as Australia Post) for all areas outside our local delivery zone.

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (6–10 business days).
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 (1–5 business days).
  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all Australian orders over $75.00 AUD.

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS (INTERSTATE): Original Paintings are strictly unavailable for automated national shipping at checkout and do not qualify for our free shipping promotion. Our website sale price covers the artwork only. If you live outside of Adelaide and wish to purchase an original painting, please contact us at jesscreativestudioau@gmail.com before checking out. We will happily help you calculate and source a specialized courier and insurance quote for your delivery; however, the buyer must cover the full cost of this shipping invoice separately before the artwork is dispatched. Jess Creative Studio holds no liability for the artwork once it is collected by the courier service.

5. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship within Australia only.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched (or out for local delivery), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or a delivery update so you can follow its journey.

7. Damages & Insurance

  • Original Art (Custom Courier): All high-value original paintings coordinated via custom courier are shipped with Full Insurance (Extra Cover) and Signature on Delivery included to protect your investment.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken or damaged, please email us at jesscreativestudioau@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately.
